Fullmovies.com is guilty of misleading advertising. Only a very limited number of movies are available for download on their site, and they are little known or unknown movies of virtually no interest to movie viewers.

There isn't even a search box with which one can search for a specific movie or specific actor. You have to wade through a few pages of ready-made lists of films before you realize that there is nothing there worth downloading.
