I have used Fun in the Sun Rentals for a fw years. Lately over the last year I could not determine if they were paying. After days trying to get in touch with them they said we were getting paid. I asked on several occasions to be sent an email when the renters fill the place, I dod not get an email. Then they owe nme about $7500 in best due rent and they have not resopnded to pay me what I am owed. I have talked to the owner Eric on several occasions and proceeds to keep stalling.

As a Realtor who has nothing to do with this business, I have to say this. Do not blame the staff there. They were doing as they were told. Unfortunately, people like Erik Prescott exist. I hope you are able to get some of your money back.
