There are many bloodsuckers out there but the lowest of the low are people who take a hardworking entrepeneurs hard earned often last dollars by promising funding opportunities that don't exist. It's hard enough starting a business and getting funding from reputable sources.

Joe Rubin and Funding post are bottom feeders that prey on and destroy trusting individuals dreams. How can they sleep at night?
