Furniture Affair dishonest business practices, illegal questions during hiring interview Phoenix Arizona
*UPDATE Employee: Dishonest Business Practices? Yeah Right!
This company is ripping off their customers and their insurance company by claiming things were a total loss and reselling them. They ask illegal questions during interview process, they offered me money to get 2 employees to quit while I was working there. They just don't understand the law, or feel they are above it. They hire and fire people when they get what they want out of them. It's disgusting how they treat customers, talk about customers and even their vendors.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Dishonest Business Practices? Yeah Right!
AUTHOR: Brigitte - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 01, 2009
I know for a fact that this particular employee who wrote the report (albeit 4 years ago) was discharged due to THEFT.
How's THAT for 'dishonest business practices'?
Furniture Affair is a company built on integrity. They have never violated any hiring (or FIRING) practices, to my knowledge, and I highly doubt this employee was offered money to make other employees quit.
This person was let go, like I said earlier, because they stole from Furniture Affair.
I love working for F.A! In my time here, I have not witnessed anything similar to what was written in this report and I'm actually offended that anyone would write such things about Nancy Rhodes (owner), or Furniture Affair.
Sincerely,
Valued Employee (Who Was NOT Asked Illegal Questions During Hiring Process!)
