Just wanted to add my report. I have also been ripped off by Furniture USA. This has been going on since November 2003. I have been trying to get my money back for months.
I have notified the BBB numerous times as well as the Attorney General of North Carolina and Fraud.org and Federal Trade Comission. I urge everyone else to do so. I have not been lucky enough to get my $700.00 deposit back from my credit card company as of yet. I am still trying.
Dean Warren should not be able to get away with this. He is a criminal and so are his employees. I cannot believe I fell for this. I would like to file a class action suit along with anyone else.
