The woman who runs this company is an absolute witch from hell. My "preshrunk" futon cover, after washing, shrunk too small to fit the futon matress any longer. I sent an e-mail to Futon Planet and never received a reply. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The Futon Witch telephoned me and screamed at me on the phone for filing a report. She lied to the BBB and I received no refund or credit. Do not buy from this unprofessionally rude and greedy woman.
