Scam beware: Futonland engaged in deceptive advertising and consumer fraud. I ordered a Studio Queen Murphy Cabinet Bed Ash by Arason on August 18, 2017. Immediately thereafter, Matthew from customer support contacted me to let me know they didn't have the item in stock and asked me to select another bed. I refused. I had my heart set out on this particular bed only wanted to purchase this one. 

Later I called back and spoke with Nas from customer support and he told me they item I wanted could be available sometime in September. I asked for a 10% discount and they refused to honor my request. I then requested a refund for my purchase but they still haven't released the funds. Now, I'm disputing the charges via PayPal. Plan to file disputes with Better Business Bureau, consumer protection agencies, and Ripoff report. Save yourself a headache. Purchase your furniture items elsewhere.

 We already refunded your your PayPal account, within 10 minutes after your request. We work very hard to insure customers satisfaction and we are commitmented to give you the best service possible. Since we gave you a $200 discount on the white glove service, we could not offer any more discount. It's very unfortunate that we could not work things out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused.
