If you are ripped off by this company, don't even bother calling the customer no-service number. And yes, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. The charges after the "free" trial will be fast and immediate and closer to $100.00 per month.
Instead, call you bank or credit union and have them reverse the charges. You may have to file an affadavit but it is so worth the hassle. Every charge that is reversed is typically accompanied by a fee TO THE SCAMMING COMPANY. There is no fee to you.

FWM got another customer service hot line 866-949-0138. I got this no. from a customer who got her refund. I called FWM because I also want to cancel my order. It was hassle free. The operators on this line surely knows how to solve cancellation issues fast.
