F.Y.E Transworld World Entertainment, Coconuts Company Lies To Employees; Store/District Manager Gives Raises To Certain Employees Chicago, Illinois

I am currently working for a company called F.Y.E. in chicago il. This is a TERRIBLE company to work for. When I was first hired, I was told that if I worked hard that I would get a pay raise. Well when evaluation time came around, the store manager told all of the employees that there was a hiring freeze. Noone would receive a raise because of it. After a few months, a couple of employees stated that they were getting paid more. One employee is getting paid more because he lied about a job offering him better pay and the store manager offered him more money to stay. Another employee who no longer works for the company was also offered more money to stay. This company not only lies and rips off its customers but also treats their employees like nothing. This company doesn't care about anything and anyone. They want you to work hard and you will get pay nothing.The Store Manager talks to us like we are under her. The District Manager wants praise as though she is a queen. I believe that these practices are horrible and very unprofessional. There is alot of favoritism going on and this NEEDS TO STOP. Someone needed to shine light on this company. Some employees are making more than I am and haven't even been there as long as I have. The Store Manager also calls herself cutting hours but when I checked the schedule she cut everyone hours except two employees. If someone could give me some advice as to handle this it would be greatly appreciate.
