G W Fetter GW Fetter Financing Fifth Avenue Timeshares Failed to sell my sell/rent my timeshare in one yr per contract & refund my money. Contract expired 11- 7-12 new york, New York

I spoke with G W Fetter and they made it out like my royal elite timeshare would sell in a few months. They said we owned in a great week and a great location, and it would not be a problem. It has been a year and 3 months and we haven't received any offers and no one has contacted us at all about anything. There is no refund even though they have not sold our property. I wonder if they are even advertising our property. The customer care specialist I spoke with today actually said that she was sure I was told a lot of things when we bought the timeshare that was not true. I would not recommend this company and like I told the lady at the company today, I think they are putting out false advertising with their ads. All the ads say thinks like, "Sold in 3 weeks or within a month." It all seems like a big scam to me to get people to pay them $598 for nothing and there is no way to get your money back
