G4S SECURE SOLUTION WINTER LEMON the company for 2yrs and 9mos has not pay me vacation pay cranford, nj Nationwide

 Started with the company g4s  back 11/14/2011 full-time employee every time my anniversary came for me to get pay for vacation i will be denied pay by the company the reason will be you do not have enogh hours, i need 5,000 hours. but they will approved me 2 weeks unpay vacation for the pass 2 years.every year the same story i've been hearing.

I have check every documents and employee hand book nothing in there stateded  i need 5,000 hours my site manager Keith Buchko said  the branch offices told him that i do not have enough hours and i call the branch and spoke to the over head boss and she told me the same thing and i told her MS. Winter Lemon  that is not fair because if that is the case then no one need to get vacation pay and that everyone at my branch do not have that hours. 

please do any one out there has an idea to give me
