Gadiscell Gadis Cell Gadiscell reps are crooks and will cheat you out of money - BEWARE GADIS CELL Brooklyn New York

I placed an order with this company back on November 24, 2008 for 50 pieces of a cell phone accessory. They shipped the item via UPS Collect, so I paid it when the UPS guy delivered the package. Unfortunately only 25 pieces were shipped and there was no invoice at all in the package. I contacted Gadiscell on the same day, Monday, December 1, 2008. I was told that they were sorry for the mistake and would ship the remaining pieces. On December 22, 08 I contacted them again as I still had not received the remaining pieces. I was told to call the office. I called the office and after about 10 minutes trying to locate my order (I had no invoice with no order information to provide them), they said they were aware of the error and would ship me the remaining pieces. On January 7th, 2009 I contacted them again to inquire why I still had not received the order. I was told again they would ship it out. I contacted them again on January 22nd (this is now the 4th time to contact them) and told them to ship me the remaining pieces or I would file a complaint with the BBB. As of February 10th, 2009, I still have not gotten my order. In my e-mail to them I was told by them that I am a crook and that they shipped the pieces. I asked for a tracking number and got no reply. I have everything well documented for all of my discussion with them, yet somehow in the end they say I am the crook. I will NEVER do business with this company and recommend that you do the same. GADISCELL is a huge ripoff, so buyer beware.
