I purchased the express cooker from an inframercial on T.V. They charged me for two orders instead of one and when I contacted them to inform them of their mistake, they informed me just to refuse delivery on the second package and that I would be refunded. On 1/26/08 they charged me $84.65 and on February 17, 2009 they only refunded my account $44.85. THEY ARE CROOKS....

This is robbery.....how are they allowed to get away with this?
