Ordered two of these cookers, First steak I cooked, melted the timer button, however it is still usable, the second cooker is still in the box. Saw a charge on debit card report to this company for $25.90, called customer service and was advised that I was automatically enrolled to receive books every few months at a charge. Advised representitive that I did not authorize this and nothing was said at the time I purchased the cookers. Advised representitive to cancel and remove charge form my card.
