Terry is absolutely correct. My Husband & son attended the seminar that she was handing out flyers on (7-16-04).

I must apologize to Terry. My son told me that he did mention to Terry that he thought she had to have some kind of permit to hand out flyers.

My husband & I told him that he shouldn't have said anything that she was doing everyone a BIG favor. He said he didn't mean for her to quit handing out the flyers. He didn't want her get into trouble in case a permit was required. He then realized he shouldn't have said anything.

The seminar they attended on 7-16-04 was the second one for them. They were curious if it was the same low lifes that conned them into buying into the first seminar on October 5, 2000.

It was, only this time it was called "StoresOnline", same lies, different company name & place.

The first one they attended in 2000, Galaxy Mall convinced my husband to buy into the scam. My son figured when he heard their glorious words that the deal didn't sound legimate.

He tried to tell his dad that, but Galaxy Mall was so conniving & convincing, my husband even talked our son into it.

$4899.00 dollars later, when they got home, my son & I told my husband that our son had built his own website & he didn't need a bunch of fancy stuff to do it with, that neither one of them needed to spend that kind of money.

After all of us reading all the material when they got home, the rest of the story came out.

They would have to pay extra every month for Galaxy Mall to host the websites for them. It would cost extra to get customer support from Galaxy Mall. Plus many more costs that would be extra.

The next day my husband called Galaxy Mall to cancel the deal. That it wasn't what he was told & they were not told about ALL the extra money that they would have to pay for extras that Galaxy Mall knew people would need, but didn't mention it at the seminar.

He was told the first time there would be no problem for a refund. Two days later he was told there was no refund, that the refund policy is stated on the invoice, that my husband had signed the invoice agreeing to it.

My husband told him he didn't get to read anything about the refund policy. The invoice was not given to him until AFTER he paid the money, signed the invoice & the saleman stamped on the front "All Payments non-refundable-on Refundable".

This was stamped in a column on the invoice where there was already print, a person couldn't tell what was stamped until you looked at it close.

He wasn't even allowed to look at the back of the invoice before the money was given.

Galaxy Mall was called again & again to get refund. They then offered my husband & son an extension on the time they had to use the website & information. That was another problem, The whole deal had an expiration date on it.

I noticed tonight when I when I tried to go to their website, a person has to practically jump through hoops to get into it. They have also changed passwords etc.

I would still like to get our money back. My son has a website that he has done & he takes care of it himself.

We were just ripped off by another scam, offering free money grants.

I have noticed that most of these scams are located in Utah. I wonder if these people go to a Scam School in Utah.

I am not trying to tear Utah apart, I am sure it is a very nice state, these people need to start getting weeded out. Some people may be believing that Utah seems to make these scammers feel secure & protected. That no one out of Utah are able to do anything to them to get their money back.

We still get the invitations about these scams. If I remember, the invitations come in a nice square envelope, with just the recipients address on it, written in very neat handwriting. There is a odd postage stamp on the envelope. I think it is something about old cars or drive-ins or something like that.

We will probably get another one in the mail soon.

It looks like a girls handwriting. She is probably one of those that does one of the other scams, "the work at home scam, make $1500.00 to $3000.00 a week stuffing envelopes". I am just kidding on that. I don't really know who it is.

Eveyone Beware of all these scams. Check out this site, Rip-OffReports.com first. I wish I had known about it sooner. I enjoy reading it & keeping up on the latest.
