We paid to have a web store with Galaxymall. There store front never worked properly. I may self re programmed the store and got it up and running correctly. ($2500 wasted) Three years ago we decidded to close the store. Three years later, though the store no longer is functional, it is still available on Galaxymall server and we are still being charged a monthly fee. After many communication with the company, we are considering a law suit. Any advice.

iMergent / StoresOnline, Diverse Equities, Optioneer vs. Stocklemon

AUTHOR: Fyi - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 30, 2006

iMergent / StoresOnline, Diverse Equities, Optioneer vs. Stocklemon ---Please copy & paste the links below:

4/18/2006 Stocklemon Updates iMergent at:
http://www.stocklemon.com/04_18_06.html
explains how one year later --- not much has changed in SOL business practices & reporting - plus SOL is still being prosecuted by states, currently Indiana, and the media is still keeping a close reportive eye on SOL.

States continue to warn consumers that SOL or one of their aka's is going to be in the area at:
http://www.longmontfyi.com/Local-Story.asp?id=7156

Danks apparently filed as officer of another business = Optioneer Trading, www.optioneertraining.com
Telephone: (800) 845-2502, Fax: (801) 492-4615
1145 South 800 East, Ste. 210, Orem, UT 84097

Mr. Matt Marchbanks, Chief Operations Office
Mr. James R. Burgess, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Andrew Evans - Founder

I tried the Stocklemon link to this Optioneer info, and the report is no longer available......wonder why????

For tons of previous exposeports by media, newspaper and internet see:
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff161160.htm I couldn't believe SOL filed suit against Stocklemon for their online information. My report was to say?LOOK?the same info can easily be found in any number of newspaper, TV media, and magazine reports. I provided many links to this type of info on SOL simply found my searching: iMergent complaints, Stores Online complaints, storesonline complaints, storesonline.com complaints.

Another warning to consumers dated 5-31-05 found at:
http://www.consumer.net.nz/newsitem.asp?docid=2239&category=News&topic=iNetSeminars%20warnin

Optioneer Inc, Optioneer Systems, James R Burgess in trouble 1-31-06 see:
http://www.cftc.gov/files/enf/06orders/enfjamesrburgessoptioneerorder.pdf

See other optioneer links at stocklemon.com
SEARCH optioneer complaints or optioneer system complaints, see cease & desist orders etc.

On this report at: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff134015.htm
The original filer of complaint used StoresOnline address while exposing Diverse Equities & their connections to PMI/NMR coaching service, all being coaching scams. Under title: Please explain CONNECTION of this thread I asked for more info ? Why did he use the SOL address? I was curious if Danks/SOL was taking new avenues to bilk more consumers out of their hard earned money & now we see he is getting involved with Optioneer Trading to do the very same thing in my opinion. It makes sense that Diverse Equities in another in-house operation of SOL because I can't find a separate phone listing, address or BBB report on them. So if Diverse Equities isn't a stand alone business, I wonder if they have a license or have been registered in any state??????? Or why Diverse Equities along with many other business names and program names aren't listed on the Stores Online BBB report. Not good, this BBB not listing everything it has or knows about SOL is not helping the consumer ? that's what they are there for right???? WRONG. Make sure all your friends and family know about ripoffreport.com

Danks lost his law suit against stocklemon, he has to pay for stocklemon defense fees. Danks has been quoted as saying he will take his suit to the supreme courts.
REMEMBER consumers, iMergent/SOL/Danks & Lewis NEED money (YOUR MONEY) to finance this, make sure they DON'T GET ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!!
Some threads have listed all/some of their business program titles, business names, different addresses etc. To protect your family & friends: Email everyone in your address book (ask them to do the same) with the known names (iMergent, Imergent Inc, Stores Online, 754 E Technology, Orem UT, StoresOnline, storesonline.com, Galaxy Mall, Internet Marketing Conference, PMI (Professional Marketing Inc/International), NMR (National Marketing Resources), The Summit Group, Summit, Summit Consulting, The Success Team, Summit Group South, Professional Coaching Group, Grant Partners, Foreclosure World, Auctions for Income, Summit Group Management & newest being Summit Group of Utah, 947 South 500 East, Suite 110, American Fork, UT, Internet Treasure Chest, Diverse Equities, The Tax Club, Advantage Corporation, Usight, uSight, BrightBuilders, Quicksite, IDI, idiglobal.com, Internet Developement Inc, NeWave, onlinesupplier.com) and warn them to stay away from getting involved with traveling info shows & seminars, e-books, internet scams, infomercials promising tons of money for little effort or initial investment ? they are all lies. It is very time consuming and hard to get your money back, while it can be done, most people lose their money. Don't give your money to strangers, to folks passing through town, to strangers calling you on the phone to qualify you --- NO, just say NO!
Don't be baited by the 19.99 on up programs, they just get your private information into the big time scammers. When they call- HANG UP --- Don't do it. They call to qualify you for their special program or that if you really want to make it big and get the money rolling in now, you need coaching, because that is what all the really successful people have done ?NO, NO, NO, YOU DO NOT NEED COACHING, it costs thousands and you get absolutely NO guarantees. They will give you every excuse in the book as to why you are the cause of your failure. You don't need to pay thousands for someone to tell you, you are a failure. There are no fast easy ways, if you can read and listen, have a computer, then get inexpensive
e-commerce software, it guides you through making your own web site, ask family and friends who they use to host their sites, many can be found for under 10.00. These companies soak you for 39.99 or more / month for hosting a site using their online software that doesn't work. If you are lucky enough to set up a web site using SOL online software and don't want to pay their hosting fees and want to move your hard work, they will tell you it won't work anywhere else. Don't get sucked in?..do the necessary research to protect yourself and your money.

If you are tempted by an infomercial product or service, check it out by: Google the business name or program name with the word ?complaints? behind it; be sure to get the fine print names that occasionally pop up on your TV screen. Example: was surfing and saw the Millionaire Mindset infomercial, I had to pause to answer the phone, so while this was on, my TV screen it showed that the infomercial was being presented by XXXX.. (Sorry don't remember what it said) The point is that you need to pay attention to everything the infomercial provides, if you are taking the time to watch the whole thing then pay attention to all it shows, not all you hear, but what you can see with your eyes in fine print. Millionaire Mindset Collection has bad press too, just like John Beck's Free & Clear, Mentoring of America, & Freedom Fulfillment. Just like Auctions for Income, PMI, NMR, Summit, and a hundred/thousand others.

Search the BBB reports & ripoff reports; get all the background info you can. Plus by waiting a couple of months, it gives you time to check out your local bookstore for the same information, and maybe within a few months there will be new complaint reports on the new business program title offered by the scam business that really owns it.
