 Ruben Torres Galicia is a RIP OFF!! My husband worked for him for one month and got NO PAY! After continously calling/emailing he gave my husband a check for 1 week worth of pay but it BOUNCED! He owes my husband $2000.00, won't answer his phone, return messages or emals. He changed the name of the company to K&G Concrete Inc and runs jobs in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Mexico Don't give him your business!! He had a crew of 3 (not including my husband) and OWES EVERYONE OF THEM PAY for a month and others 2 or 3 months. To keep them working he says he sent their checks FedEx or mailed them via Postal mail or he will come to the job site and drop them off......none of which ever happen!!
