i am a person who was hurt at work. filled out all nessesary paper work for work comp.its been going on two years now and no work comp.gallager bassett services inc.are mean insensitive people(jennifer roth)in my case, st. louis office they will try to starve you out.watch them closely if you have to deal with them.

Gallagher Bassett have still not paid my ER visit bill from 2001

Gallagher Bassett have still not paid my ER visit bill from 2001, they have been repeated told about me being billed, getting collection calls and letters from credit collection agencies. It is now on my credit report and has made my credit even worse (my credit was affected, when I was on workers comp as I could not afford my bills, I almost lost my home infact). No I have no attorney the bill is unpaid and I can get no one from Gallagher Bassett to assist me. Furthermore, the whole workers comp deal is a rip off the only persons compensated were the Attorney, who I had to get as Gallagher Bassett were not forthcomming with any money for weeks until I got a lawyer. And the Quack Doctors they send you too that do nothing, I'm sure they have all been paid. The only ones who did something, i.e. The ER at St. Lukes have not been paid, and I suffered for 18months for everyone elses profit.

No Problems From My Point Of View.. I am not quite sure of all of your situations that ended with a grievance against Gallagher-Bassett services, but I am on a structured settlement through them on a Worker's Compensation Settlement. They have done nothing but treat me with respect and thoughtfulness. I have nothing bad to say of them. There were times I needed more help and they happely obliged. I am glad to have them handling my settlement for me.
