This company will strategically rip you off. This guy operates his company out of New York mainly on eBay, and also owns a poorly managed LLC operated on the web at www.gamebrainelectronics.com. He claims to do repairs and sell bulk systems, but I some how doubt he uses the site for much more then a cover. He has also apparently come up with a new meaning for the word "refurbished" as I'll soon explain. When his "repairs" soon fail you'll have to send the console to him for repair. Microsoft will not fix it since this guy has tampered with the machine. He promises a 2 day business return, but in fact doesn't return the console. Rather he keeps a rotation so that he can profit by selling the same machines and ripping off the consumer. He does not return the consoles, and eventually will ignore your emails he tries to jibe you into waiting for long enough hoping you'll just forget about it. If you're trying to save money on a gaming console definitely look for someone a little more reliable then this man.
