Here is the way you wil prove that you do condone and/or participate in fraudelant activities .....

Simply draft up a letter stating that you upon proof that you have been involved with allowed, condoned , looked the other when you knowingly are aware that a form of fraud has taken place will pay/award to the person 100,000 dollars and will pay all and any legal fees involved in collecting that award and all litigation will occurr in the state in which the person you knowingly harmed resides in.

Here comes big macho Chris the Fraudster who even when fraud is taking place looks the other or does not do the right.

WHO IS HIDING BEHIND A KEYBOARD / PUT UP OR SHUT UP !!!!!! 

My name is Christopher Cavalier I would like to address the post made here with the following:

1) The post made here is unequivocally FALSE.  Ironically, while the poster stated Game Used Universe "condones" fraudulent activity, everyone in the sports memorabilia industry knows the Game Used Universe site has been a key contributor in getting rid of fraud in that space.  In terms of me personally, I can provide hundreds of references from people I have worked with that will likely tell you the one thing you do not EVER need to worry about when dealing with me is dishonesty.  Lastly, I have never been "convicted" of anything.  To make such a claim is nothing short of libel.

I have provided my real name here in this post and I challenge the original poster to do the same.  I will GAURANTEE you that the original poster will NOT provide his name because he is one of those people on the internet will sit anonymously behind a keyboard and throw out accusations at people without any means to substantiate it.  In fact, I can almost guarantee you it is someone who we banned from the Game Used Universe site because we do not allow this type of unsubstantiated slander by anonymous posters who do not have the courage to post their real names.  Again, I challenge the poster to provide his real name which I GAURANTEE he will not do despite the request.

2) I will also say the fact that "Ripoff Report" allows such unsubstantiated posts to reside publicly on this site is just as troubling.  I created Game Used Universe as an information source for the sports memorabilia industry and we created rules that can be found on our site to prevent this very thing.  That is one reason I believe this is likely someone who was banned from Game Used Universe and had to try to find a site like this (one that will allow anonymous, unsubstantiated posts) to seek revenge for being banned.  Again, we will never know who the person is because they will not post again and Ripoff Report will allow them to stay in the shadows of the internet.

While I don't mind a site designed to help warn others of possible wrong-doing (in fact, that is one of the things Game Used Universe does,) I do not agree with the methods of Ripoff Report.  In fact, in my opinion, any site that allows unsubstantiated posts like the one I am addressing here and will not respond when contacted (I tried to discuss this directly with Ripoff Report first but they refused to respond to me) is among the lowest of the food chain of sites on the internet.  I guess their motivation is to try to get people to read their site in order to sell advertising but to allow posts that can potentially affect people's livelihoods in order to do so is beyond my comprehension.
