I was told that "There is a problem with the account you bought and it is taking a long time for our delivery team to fix it".Then they offered me a gift card to re-order another account. The issue is thereare no other accounts at that price range. This is a classic bait and switch and it's illegal to do so.

I ended up getting upgraded all together on my order after sending a few additional e-mails to them. I've now sold to them twice, bought from them twice. Was just frustrated that I couldn't get the account I wanted but ended up with something better which I'm playing 2 months later.
