Gametag ripped me off took my money and wont answer to my emails Internet

I purchased an online gaming account from Gametag. they charged my debit card immediately but they did not deliver my account and they do not answer to any emails, and the phone number they have is bogus. When you call it, its just a voicemail recording saying hold on while we connect you to an agent, then after 3-4 seconds it comes back and says all are busy, then a tone sounds...as if it would on an answering machine.
