I quit playing World of Warcraft months ago and wished to get something back from all that time. I sold my account to an online company, Gametag. They informed me that the quoted buy price would be credited to my paypal within 92 hours.
However, it has been a week and I have had no response from their accounts support. They have also taken my account and changed the password as I am unable to log in, so I can only consider it stolen at this point. If I am not credited soon I intend to find a way to have the account disabled.

Issue Resolved: Customer Posted Way To Early

Dear Jazaza,
We apologize for not getting back with you sooner on this issue.
After my review of your complaint, we were unable to find any customer around the time you purchased that is remotely close to the issue you are having under the name Jazaza nor do we see any issues at all during this time frame. We then searched for Radford but we were still unable to find any customer with that city during this time frame. We then searched based on the e-mail you replied with but were unable to find anyone as well this time frame.
However, I will assume this issue has been resolved for now as the process to actually complete a payment takes 72 hours upon the time you submit your complete information to us. These policies changed though in 2010 as it now varies per game.
Thank you.

Update : Company took control of acccount and said deal was canceled

After an inquiry as to my status, I received the following email.
Hi there,
Due to the lengthy delay in your submission, I suspect that the account profilers are either not currently purchasing accounts for the game you submitted or denied the submission for one reason or another and didn't email you back.
However, I strongly suggest that you re-secure your account by changing your passwords and try again at a later date. That way your account isn't further tied up in the submission process and you can look for a different way to dispose of your account if you still choose to do so.
Regards,
Joe
Accounts Team
I cannot reclaim my account as they have edited the password and email address associated with it.
