I bought an account off said website, i completed the order by moneybookers which was successful
i then revived an email confirming order,

The amount of 212.67 USD has successfully been sent from your credit/debit card to Loot Inc. on 13 Jun 2012 so i have an order invoice for $0.01 yet payed $212.67 :( currently there is no support on this website and messaging gets no reply. Very bad customer service.

A lot of things I need to update here so I will bullet them
- The invoice for $0.01 is the e-mail I received but apparently that was for the CIP Package I ordered for the Gift Code (Made Two Purchases)
- I should have given them more time. They delivered after about 4 hours after I paid but I was freaking out here as I don't usually make online purchases
- If you message them on facebook, they tend to reply quickly
- Live support is rarely up, better to e-mail them or use facebook
- Don't post on here but instead email them at vip@gametag.com. Need to be fair to them as apparently you can't remove these complaints after you post
