I want to let you all know that Gametag.com is a fraudulent website. I have been trying to sell an account for over a month now, and they just give me the runaround. Their customer service sucks and they never get back with you, and if they do it will take a month! They need a call center or something to help people out, or a t least an 800 number. If they take my information and account without paying me I will file a law suit against them for false advertising and fraud, along with grief. So be warned people!

I know I might get it thrown out of court, but they would be under the gun to for false advertisement and fraud. IF you start taking accounts (as in many) people will do anything and everything in their power to either get their accounts back, to lawsuits, to filing charges. Yes they may play with fire, but that does not mean the other person is not going to just let it go. I say fight fire with fire!

If they have a call center, they would be a big company or corporation...

Sure you should try to sue them. Remember to read the clean hand doctrine before you go to the court. If the court knows that what you are doing is against the rules/laws of the game company (not allow selling an account/items of the game for real money), your case will be thrown out of the court without being heard.

PS: You play with the fire, so you should expect what is coming.
