Gametag.com sent me the wrong account i ordered Internet
*UPDATE Employee: False Report: Customer Does Not Exist
I ordered an account from gametag.com which was a certain level, race and class. They sent me a character of different level and race so i asked for my money back. Now i am out $70 Canadian because i am stuck with an account i can't use because its a different faction than my friends. Also when i received the account i had to set up a subscription which cost me another 14.99 American so im out that money as well.
for the past 3 or 4 days i have been trying to get a hold of them but no one ever replies. I also left the acc name and pw the same so they could just take it back and send me my money but no one there will respond to anything i send.
