Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They offer to buy SW-ToR accounts for a decent price. I sent them my details, they offered $380. I hadn't heard from them for a couple of days, while they claim to answer withing 24 hours. They also already changed passwords and email adresses on the account. I email them asking if the deal is still on. They reply that they're very busy, and can't handle all the work.
Another two weeks of me emailing them, and them not replying (or automated email replies) passes. And now I'm here. If this doesn't resolve anything, I'll contact BioWare that my account got stolen.

Like a lot of people on this site, it seems gametag is a honest company but the lack of communication with them can cause conflicts. I suppose the trend nowadays is better services over better customer support.
When it was all done and said, I was paid but the paypal emails were going to my junk folder so I wasn't sure until after I logged into my paypal where I did see that they did pay me. Ultimately I got paid on time and well before I posted this. I suppose there was no way they could have fixed my problem anyway as they ddi say one time in one of the automated emails that I was paid but since I didnt see a confirmation to my email from paypal I just assumed they were jerking me around.
If Ripoffreport would allow me to edit the title to this thread, I would be changing this thread complaining about paypal instead.
