Paid cash to gamexchange for used cell phone. I asked if it would work with sprint and they said yes for sure. Took phone to sprint and they said phone was already ativated and phone was no good.  Took phone back to gamexchange and they me a 2nd phone which I took to sprint and the same thing happend. They gave me 3rd phone and saime thing. They would not give money back only store credit. I don't need a store credit I need a cell. They don't care a customer satisfaction. Beware and not buy anything from this store.

Not Quite Right

I was a customer there at the scene when this happened. I saw the event take place. He claimed it to be his 3rd time trying to get a phone.

He was yelling and screaming at the employees as soon as they told him that they could not provide cash back. I couldn't believe that level at which his anger became.

As a long customer to the store, it very clearly says on the receipt that they don't give you cash back. I don't understand why this guy thought that his scenario would be special or different to other customers.

I disagree with this customer and don't believe that in a case where you do not get your money back, and that it clearly states there is no cash back option, to be a rip off. It's not like they didn't offer him anything, he even said they offered him store credit for his case.

If it was me, I would have worked with them so that I got the right working phone. I also can't believe what category that this report is in. Why is in the racist category? That doesn't make sense compared to what the report says.
