I have been trying to connect with someone in regards to my vehicle that was purchased three months ago. on May 1, 2020 It has been a hassle since DAY ONE!

I purchased the car from Ganas located at 603 San Fernando Rd. San Fernando, CA. 91340 . I was in the office for eight hours. I paid and signed and did everything on my part but was waiting in the lobby for hours I saw others purchase a car and leave and my Husband and I were still sitting there waiting I asked our sales agent to please expedite this because I had two small children waiting with a babysitter and the babysitter needs to go.

Finally after the last call I got from our babysitter I told the salesperson I am going to need the keys or my money back only for the manager Amy to come out and throw my money at me and yell "here!" she humiliated me in the lobby the whole experience was ruined I told the salesperson just that she then spoke to Amy and told her why I was upset that I had been there already for eight hours and I had two small children under the age of 9 at home waiting for me.

I knew it was not the salespersons fault so I told her I would go forward but that I felt her Manager Amy owed me an apology I waited an hour and the apology never came instead the paper DMV plates that I was waiting eight hours for were installed. A photo was then taken the day we purchased the car and Our photo we took speaks VOLUMES you can see that I was clearly crying in the photo because NEVER had I had someone throw money at me like that I reached out to her manager and never got a call back





I was told when purchasing the car it would take a month for my plates to come in I purchased my car May 1, 2020 it is now August 8, 2020 and I have still not received my plates. i have received ZERO communication from Ganas Auto not even a courtesy call for saying Thank you for purchasing the vehicle NOTHING! I have called customer service and am placed on hold only for the call to be disconnected and I continue to call and just that the call is disconnected.

Today Saturday August 8, 2020 my check engine light came on when I called the car dealership the person on the line makes an appointment for Thursday I told him I need something more urgent I need the car for work only for this person to be VERY confused and say "Ohhhh Urgent?" then place me on hold and then come back on the line and say I have to transfer you to the El Monte location. I then spoke to a woman named Goletti who made a service appointment for Monday at 4PM when I asked about a rental which is on my contract she then places me on hold for 35 minutes and then the call disconnects.

While I was on hold with her my Husband's phone then rings and a man named Ruben Castro called to make an appointment for servicing my vehicle only for him to now schedule me for Thursday in El Monte Ca if the car is giving me trouble why would I drive it 40 miles away? when I have a Ganas Auto less than a mile away from my home. I asked that I please speak to his supervisor only for him to say "I mean were closing in ten minutes.." I said well "i'll wait can you please get them?" He then said "I mean I had a hard day I mean were close to closing its not that serious." I said "Yes it is!" he then said "Hold On!' there was silence only for what I thought was him placing me on hold in reality my husband and I were sitting in the car speaking to this person through bluetooth only for him to chime in on my Husband and I PRIVATE conversation and say "Why are you going to call a lawyer? That's stupid!" in reference to what I said to my husband when I asked him "Doesn't this fall within the Lemon Law?"

I was placed on hold today for a total of two hours I can not get a hold of anyone in management I am referred to the website to email management only to get an error autoreply these passed three months. I worked HARD to purchase this vehicle only to be lied to, no communication and ZERO respect to even hear me. I have held my end of the bargain and paid my payments on time Never late and I pay well over the amount due only to be treated like garbage.
