I ordered Lancer dvds from tvboxsets.com and paid $109.98 by credit card. They sent an email saying the order would be processed, sent to "fulfillment" and mailed to me, to be received 8/1-8/4/07. They didn't sent the email confirming it had been sent until I threatened to report them to the BBB.
I never received the dvds and sent them an email 8/6,7,&8. They never answered. Finally, I sent them an email saying I was reporting them to the BBB and they sent me an email tonight.
They said the would check with the Canada post to see what happened to the package. I really believe that (not!).

They said they would contact Canada Post and then CP would contact me when they tracked the package. I went ahead and called CP-as soon as I told him who was supposed to have sent the package, he said "Oh no!" (doesn't bode well) He said they had had a lot of complaints about them and that they were a "scam outfit" and that I should report them to my local law enforcement. I reported them to the local police and cancelled my card. My CU says I should get my money back but this still just p...es me off!

I finally received another email from tvboxset-they said "the package must have been lost, they would contact Canada Post and CP would be getting in touch with me". Yeah, right! I called Canada Post today, the rep said this was a scam and to get in touch with my local police.
I think I will contact the FBI.
