I've tried since July of 2017 to resolve this issue but the people I keep talking to keep lying, they said that they refunded my $44.98 on August 2, 2017, called my bank@ USAA and they said that they have not received a credit in that amount as of yet and I'm quite pissed off, and would like to take legal action.
