I received 6 preseeded containers from Gardener"s Choice, and after 2.5 weeks only one showed some kind of grow. When I called to Company after 26 minutes of waiting sale rep promissed to return money back for 3 plants ($10.00) but she said " money for P&S $15.90 are not refundable"
