I ordered garage door rollers Jan 6, 09 online. Received e-mail confirmation of order; paid by check which was negotiated the next day.

Never got the parts ordered or shipment notification. TP calls unanswered; e-mails yield bogus AUTORESPONDER that they're doing inventory and need more time to respond to my e-mail. When I saw the other postings on this website, I knew I had been had!

I filed a report with NJ State Troopers 2/25/09. Ultimately, they contacted Cynthia Koslosky and two days later (5/1/09), I rec'd and cashed a money order refunding my total amount. Detective said...she has multiple incidents.
