I ordered a sample that said no obligation and paid the shipping price.  I got the item about 5 days ago and they have now charged me almost 90.00.  I have now read about others this happened to.  I actually looked it up before I purchased and didn't see complaints so I don't know if I was just rushed or what but do not buy this item unless you want the commitment. You can buy it cheaper than 90.00 in stores so shop around.  Buyer beware!!!  When I called company it just leaves me on hold forever.  I am going to go through my credit card to get charges to stop but I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them.

i'm sorry, but I believe you have the wrong person.  We sell homes in San Diego for 1% commission, and give our buyers back 1% of the purchase price when buying.  We don't have any tangible products that we sell.
