Ordered two garlic shakers on their website.  They shipped one and there has been no response to any of my attempts to contact them.

We merely had a shipping error. An honest mistake. The package was mislabeled when sent USPS. Upon receiving the product back we promptly corrected the error and sent the customer his product. We are a very small company and do not have 24 hour customer service. We responded to the customer and corrected the error as quickly as possible.

slow communication

Received call the day after I filed my report.  Both items I ordered were shipped the same day but one was returned to them by post office.  The missing item was delivered today.  Wish they would answer emails and calls instead of letting customers wonder what they are doing.

Problem solved.  Not a ripoff, just slow or lack of communications.
