I bought a Garmin phone in February at a Tmobile store and the screen froze and wouldn't move 2 days later. Tmobile replaced the phone and 5 months later the 2nd phone had the same problem. Now tmobile is telling me that the phones are on backorder in one breath and that the phone I had has been discontinued since March.

Now which is it? After investigating a little further, Tmobile plans to give me a refurbished phone instead of contacting Garmin on giving me a brand new one right off the assembly line. I don't know what is going on with this company or Tmobile but don't waste your money on either.

has been taken over by att.  They most likely don't care about their customer anymore.

Blame att.
