I hired Garo Kapikian for an immigration case. He asked for $9000 and received it. He said it's a complicated case and he needs $9000 to spend the next 6 months in court. After a few days, he told me the money has been spent. He has not done anything for me, has not helped me with my case. He is a thief and will steal your money. I asked him to return the money but he refused. I will go to the police so they can put him in jail.
