Gary Carter approached us, Earth-Centric, back in the Early Fall of 2013...to paint a front window scene.  After taking an initial down-payment of $100-$200 for supplies, he completed that job satisfactory.  In March of 2014, he approached us again about some artwork for our upcoming Trade Show and front storefront window for Earth Day.  This time we paid him a down-payment of $300 for supplies and such and he said he'd return and finish the job.  He failed to return and never returned any calls.  We tried several times via phone calls to ask him to resolve this situation...mainly because he does great work when he completes the job.  We had put our trust in him but we now feel he purposely ripped us off.  We are a small company limited in advertising funds...Mr Gary Carter has ruined any future plans to trust any other person trying to do business and asking for a down-payment.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!  Pass this information on to other businesses so he doesn't rip you off.
