Gary was a refferal sent to me by another colleague of mine that was doing work for him. I had to terminate work with Gary due to the incredibly tight deadlines he was asking for. I billed him at the end of June 2018 after finding this info on the internet about him. He has not paid me to date and has not paid my colleague either.
