Not sure what you don't understand here.  When you signed up, THERE WAS NO PART 2.  It was not even offered.  No one lied to you about anything.  In regards to other posts, you have NO IDEA what the actual facts are.  NONE.  Once again, Richard, it is people like you that abuse these consumer forums by making up stories like this.  Whatever, Richard.  Good luck to you.

dear gary, if your firm told me that the 2nd part of the deal because you lied to me i would have taken there offer, but stll it does mean you lied to me and all the others on this site and you better check the other sites your becomming very famous of your wrong doings!!!!!!!!!!!

Now you say I didn't lie to you.  No kidding.  I did not as I don't lie.  Period.  You say I didn't tell you about the litigation phase 2 of the program.  Richard, when you signed up, there wasn't a phase 2.  Only a phase 1 which are the audits and then a mortgage adjustment negotiation done for free by the company.  The company provided this service to you and you never made the last payment.  It was a few months after you started that the company introduced it's litigation services for more money as an OPTION to any phase 1 client.  You included.  Instead you asked the company for a refund even though the company fulfilled it's obligation under the agreement you have.  You are dealing with a VERY reputable law firm who even offered you the litigation phase 2 for free.  All this crazy stuff you wrote here, Richard, is completely ridiculous about you being ill and the family and everything else.  Richard, see what you can do to redeem yourself and take all this nonsense off of here.   Gary

hi gary what you did not tell me is i needed another 3000 dollars  to  to get a lawyer from your firm and file a claim and your boss felt so bad for me and my kids he offered to do it for 399.00 which was so very kind, but i did exsplain the situation to him from the start and i was scared of losing anymore money at this point of this whole mess. so god bless you gary and good luck and say hi to your boss and that lovely girl who also felt so bad this happened to me also.

Richard NEVER stops lying.  The company has a 100% money back guarantee if there are no violations.  There were lender violations.  Company's choice to refund this liar.

basically im writing this responce to my last letter here, ive decided not to let this man eat at me anymore, and how he lied to me get the best of me anymore. for the 2000 dollars. And i also have customers were sales people have not do right by there customers but we fix it, its just the right thing to do, and its not fair to blame the whole companny for one guy, and going thru just by googling his name people will see that theres so manny after him so its not like im the only one he lied to, and im hoping that he reads this.It will catch up with him but im not going to lose sleep over it anymore, and there was a girl at the companny who was very kind and one other gentalmen who i talked to there, i guess it was out of his hands and did not read up on gary, but he knew my frustrations and he was kind , and i would take any of what they could give back to me and my kids. ill always keep the details and the emails. just from now on before you do anything that involves money and sales people ive learned to google them, i learned this from my kids after i told them the story that then lead me to here and alot of other sites and people with the same sad storys of him.

my name is richard and gary  dimattia 1st tryed to get 5000 dollars out of me for a loan mod, and called me several times on the phone and kept calling and calling, i said i dont need a loan mod and he said that gmac has been doing things on loan mods and he can help me with reducing my payments, i said i dont have that kind of money, so i sent him a nice email saying thanks anyways gary but i dont have the money for it  but thank you for your kindness hoping it would get him off my back he sent the papper still and  i have the email for this, so then i get a phone call a week later with some other kind of deal one that you can afford and would help you alot , and he said it would only cost me 2,650.00 and i said i dont have that kind of money also, so he kept on calling and callling and then he said how much do you got and could get because i can guarantee you that there is about 40 violations on your loans thru out the years from your from gmac or from when you 1st bought the house, i said i dont have the money for this, so he said its a chance of a life time and some people are getting there houses handed to them for free and also getting cash that they settle for like around 75,000 dollars and so fourth, i said i would  have to talk to my dad and my dad, and my dad  said to me what do these people get out of this, i said when i get a settlement they will get there share and this is what gary kept on telling me thru the whole time , and the only reason i thanked him for his help is because he said he was going to lose his job and i sent an email saying yes gary is a great guy and so fourth so he would not lose his job, but i did not say he did not lie to me i have the email for that, so then he said how much money can you come up with, i said i could get 1,500 dollars from my dad and get cash from my credit cards but only 2000 dollars. i will continue this tomarrow and realy i just want my 2000 dollars back , but i will exsplain somemore when i get back from work.

No one lied to Richard Pinkowski.  The first time he accused me of lying he then later apologized and said he was lying and called the Sales Manager to tell him he was lying.  I have many emails from him thanking me for doing such a great job helping him.  This he is lying again.  Not only was the agreement explained to him numerous times, each section was explained to him before he initialed in the proper places and then signed and acknowledge his understanding of this simple agreement.  He owes the company $650 and refuses to pay for the services he received which were exactly what he signed up for.  I have asked the company to sue him for the collection of the money owed.
