It is unfortunate that Glacial Energy has been accused of something so horrible in this reckless and frivolous lawsuit. We are confident that the courts will be in our favor. It is important to note that Glacial Energy is not on trial for mining or exporting Blood Diamonds and is not under investigation by the US Justice Department.
