Gary Salo golden motor canada support non existant

Smart pie i bought from them would not get cruise controll to work. It had a jerky motion when throttleing and sometimes just acted as turn itself off. Adjusted settings by way of pc to 36 v. solved the issue for about 2 miles then quite completely and became extremely hard to peddle back home.

Contacted gary for the issue so he told me i had to fill out a support ticket first. So i did 3 times last one expaining my problem as well as i could. Never heard anything back from them yet. Called gary by phone again and he told me he had 17000 customers and he didnt have time right now because he was to buisy shiping things out.

He said he would call back in 2 hours he never did. All I was wanting was help in finding out what the issue was. They claim to have good support for the issue at hand for their customers. I have had absolutely none. No call back no answer to my support ticket whatsoever.
