On 08/21/2014 Gary Wahlig placed an order on our web site for two rolls of monster cable. We sent it out the next day with tracking number. We latter received a CHARGE BACK from credit card company DISCOVERCARD.AND he Received a full refund.The delivery confirmation indicted that it was delivered on 08/23/2014. Gary Wahlig has never contacted us after many phone calls and emails. We are now out $43.00 for this order that has not been pay for. Do not do any bussiness  with this crook.

On 8/21/2014, I placed an order from Summit Source for 2 x Monster Cable Monster Stranded S16-50 Speaker from Monster Cable Products 16 Gauge 50' FT Black 101632 Original Standard High Purity Copper Stranding 2 Conductor Speaker Wire, Part # S16-50 (CA1650) @ $$15.90 each for a Grand Total of $27.80. Payment was promptly made using my Discover card. However, shortly thereafter my Discover card was canceled due to an identify fraud incident as my credit card was utilized for unauthorized purchases. Discover handled canceling the unauthorized purchases and refunding the unauthorized transactions on my credit card. 

I did not receive any phone calls or emails from the reporting individual / company of a charge back. It is alarming that the amount stated in the report is inaccurate which can be proved by the email receipt received. Perhaps the individual / company called the wrong number or the email went to a spam folder. Regardless, this report is inaccurate and needs to be removed immediately.
