An unknown individual has been texting me using (914)266-2601. I was told I would receive a package delivered upon payment of $65.00 on Payoneer. I made the payment, and was told the package would arrive in 45 minutes. Then, after 45 minutes passed, that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Then, after 20 minutes had passed, I was told to go outside. I did not receive any further response from the individual.
