We currently handle the City of Jacksonville Fleet account at Action Transmission and they are set up on 30 day billing. The Director of Yellow Cab came to Action looking for another service location to repair his taxi's. We set up a 30 day billing for this and Action straightway repaired over a dozen taxi's. Now that it has come time to pay their bills, I can not even get a return phone call from Michelle(operations director), or anyone to tell me the status of payment. Some invoices are now older than 60 days, and still no payments. This company wants you to front everything and give nothing, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
