Gauranteed Rate Mortgage I don't know They Lie,Cheat,and put you through hell Oxford Pennsylvania

My Name is Linda and I hope my Story can help someone else.On April 30th our home at 209 Old Limestone Rd. in Oxford,Pa.burned to the ground.We lost everything including our clothing and shoes.It was devistating.Our Insurance Company put us in a Hotel in Elkton,Maryland,where weve been for three months.A Beautiful Farm House,100+ years old went up for sale on our street.The Address of that House is 196 Old Limestone Rd. in Oxford,Pa..We wanted to buy it,its the closest we could come to going home again.It was in our Neighborhood on our Street,Amongst People we knew.

Unfortunately we tried to get a Mortgage through Gauranteed Rate.DO NOT USE THEM.We got put through the ringer,they are in every part of your business and they lie,we were insulted and put through garbage.They told us they approved our Mortgage.For several weeks after they asked for more paper work, more money, more, more, more.We jumped through thier hoops,we needed a home.Closing was supposed to be July 17. They didnt have the paperwork ready so they moved it to this past tuesday at 4:00.Exactly 24 Hours before closing they called my husband and wanted paperwork that doesnt exist and five thousand dollars more,he told them to go to hell.They knew what happend to us.How do you approve a Mortgage and then pull this crap?It seams bogus and Illegal to me.End result,were still in the hotel,have no home and after our loss we got put through the ringer.We are raising heck.We dont want this to happen to other people.How do you do this to someone?They lie and told us they approved the Mortgage,they put us through so much after what we allready went through and three months later were still without a home and had more garbage then we can stand.They think theyve done nothing wrong.Ive been on them every day since.I thought it was a free country and there was freedom of speach but it seams they cant take the heat.They blocked my email and I had to change my phone number because they called me and left nasty messages on my voicemail.How they got my number I have no idea.

 Seriously,DO NOT USE THEM!Its a recipe for disaster.Thier Business Practices are Bogus,They Lie,They Cheat,They want more and more,They think they have the right to know everything including what time you shower.Thier HORRIBLE and to them its all a big game.ITS NOT,ITS PEOPLE LIVES.WE ALL NEED A PLACE TO LIVE.NO ONE DESRVES THIS.ITS INHUMANE.APPARENTLY THEY HAVE NO DECENCY AND DONT CARE WHO THEY HURT.OUR LOSS WAS HORRIBLE,WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THAT HAPPENS TO YOU,YOU DONT NEED VULTURES LIKE GAURANTEED RATE SWOOPING IN AND CAUSING MORE HARM.
