The individual who wrote this report has been harassing our organization via email since December 27, 2010 (we have all emails on record and are happy to release if necessary).  We have made several attempts to discuss their concerns, even though they are not a client of ours; however, they refuse to provide a telephone number or their real identity. It is important to our organization to discuss any perceived concerns, whether with advertisers or end-users.  However, if they cannot provide their real contact information and be willing to discuss their concerns, they must stop making these accusations.  Please tell us who you are and let us contact you so we can have a conversation!

It is true our Corporate Office is based in Atlanta, GA; however, we use local statistics in each market we have entered.  Additionally, we have a local presence in each market with a physical office.  Furthermore, we participate in the local community by being members of organizations including various networking groups, local LGBTQ Chambers of Commerce, and participate and/or sponsor local Pride events.  For example, this particular complaint came from the Tampa area, we are an Official Media Sponsor of the St. Pete Pride Festival.

It is true that some of our listings are complimentary; it is not possible nor is it responsible to attempt to open 41 offices and staff them at one time.  For the cities we do not have an office in yet, we have provided complimentary listings to businesses in our top 11 categories that we have been able to independently verify are gay-friendly.  This has been done to ensure our end-users in these markets have access to gay-friendly businesses.  We have at no point in time made claims that every advertiser on our applications or website have paid for their listing.

Our company is based on honesty and integrity.  Over the last several years, one of our owners was name Business Woman of the Year by the Atlanta Gay and l*****n Chamber of Commerce.  Additionally, in 2010, our other owner was nominated for Business Man of the Year by the Atlanta Gay and l*****n Chamber of Commerce, and named one of the "Top 50 Most Influential Members of the LGBTQ Community" in Atlanta by Fenuxe magazine.  Furthermore, our parent company, Carma Productions, Inc. was nominated for Corporate Ally (alongside The Coca-Cola Company, SunTrust, and Turner Broadcasting) by the Atlanta Gay and l*****n Chamber of Commerce.  Links to all the above articles can be found on www.carmaproductions.com/Carma_in_the_News.html
