GC Services Limited Partneship, Operations Divsion, Mr. Watts Request Employment Verification without my authorization, False Information,Threatened San Diego California

On June 15, 2007- Mr. Watts from GC Services Limited Partnership left a message for me to call him without leaving a phone number and/or company name, so I got the number from my caller Id and showing Operations Division and I called back from work, when I called I noticed that company name was different to the one in my caller ID so I said wrong number I though I had the wrong number. 1 minute later the receptionist at work call me in the intercom and said to me Mr. Watts is on the phone for you he said that he was on the phone with me and I said I don't know who is Mr. Watts please put it thru my voice mail, he left a message, Hi Hugo this is Mr. Watts please call me back and left a phone number but I didn't call back. One hour later someone called to VERIFY EMPLOYMENT FOR ME, and it was Mr. Watts stating that he wants to verify employment and they gave him the information he asked for it, I was told for the person that gave the info that whatever apply for they had called already and I said what you mean she said yes did you apply for any loan etc, and I said NO she said well Mr. Watts from GC Partnership called to verify employment for you.

I got very , very upset and I called Mr. Watts and told him you called my employer to verify employment where is the paper work that I authorize you or your company to verify employment he said I didn't call to verify employment and I said you stoped calling my work place and or home you are harrasement me and besides you were requesting information in false , illegal way and I hanged up.

This guy started calling me on my cell, at home...and I told him stopped calling me , I didn't know why he was calling me for.

On June 21, 2007 in the morning my cell rang and I was so tired of this guy keep calling me so I answered and I heard a female voice and she said Hi ..... how are you? and I said hi who is this and she said Mrs. .... don't remember and she was so nice ...and kept talking , I know you had talked to Mr. Watts about your account and I said what account?? and she said Citibank and I said, he never mentioned anything to me about Citibank so she said ok, anyway the account is ready to leave my desk for the lawyers for legal action but I'm here to help you and I said ok how can you help me I want to pay that account but I don't have that amount of money right now $18,000.00 and she said let me get some information from you first and see what agreement we can have...(Honestly I though she was going to help me) , she started asking me about my monthly income , my wife's income , where she works, what was our bank (and she said is only for information purpose) at this point something started telling me should I kept telling her that information ....

so she said I know you have some assets and I said yeah, so she started being a collection employee...she was so nasty , she changed and told me you have 3 days to pay this money otherwise we are going to take legal matter and that will cost you , thousands of money and I said and you think that I have that money and why you said we can get into an agreement before you started getting personal information from me and I said you know what ...?? I though you wanted to help me and offer me an agreement and I said well I need to talk to someone that knows about this because you were telling one thing in the beggining of a conversation and now I have 3 days to pay that money and she said well I'm taking legal action, I can garnish you salary , I can file a suit agains you and your state dont protect you she said GOOD LUCK and hanged up.

I got so nervous that I called debt consolidation , mortgage company to re-finance the house I don't want any legal matter, today June 23 , 2007 ,I received the FIRST ONE notice for GC Services showing a collection and stating that I have 30 days to dispute or agree to the debt. These people are so liars but the worst part is calling my work place to VERIFY EMPLOYMENT.
