Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After 8 months and 8 payments in, GC services say they can't find my paperwork. Is this normal for them? I'm supposed to be done with the loan rehab program. Now they want me to start over.

The link you provided is for a staffing agency, yet your complaint is about a loan rehab service? Can you shed more light? It's hard to answer your question because I don't really understand what a staffing agency would have to do with a loan rehab program? As far as a company losing someone's paperwork, in this day and age, how can someone's electronic records be "lost"? And if they have no record of any payments (what are the payments for??), you would have record of such, surely.
