To decieve consumers that they are the real, original Overhead garage door company. They also have hundreds of advertising and phone numbers to manipulate Marketing strategies online, yellow pages,and different city and county ads, and mail offers. So everytime you think your calling a different company, it links you right back to them. This company highly money driven and will do and say anything make a dollar. They charged me $5200 plus in a years time to work on my garage door and still dont have a new door. I was told I could have had 7-8 new doors. I didnt know what I was charged such great amount because they don't leave invoices because they claim they went paperless, so I had to sign on the Techs phone not being able to see the full invoice. then they sent me in invoice three months later. that was hard for me to read.
